Video Teleconferencing now available due to Covid – 19

We live in a new normal, AJR takes our responsibility to the community, our clients, the insurance company, and the general public very seriously. Insurance losses do not stop because of a virus. Insureds may be nervous to allow outside individuals into their homes. We at AJR are evaluating how to continue providing top-notch service in this new world.
AJR is now offering videoconferencing consultations and realize it will allow us to continue providing services to our clients as the claim progresses. As always, documents can be sid right from your phones or computer without ever leaving your house. Our consultation services still are FREE.
Our concern is while losses continue, insureds may be worried about letting individuals into their homes. They may believe I can do this alone. As the claim progresses, they might realize they are in over their head.
